"The Moon House is a fantastic place to stay. So clean and very well equipped. The location is so convenient to make many day trips. Chad and Carissa are very accommodating, If there is anything you need or any information you need to get they are happy to help. We will definitely stay there again and will be recommending to others."

"The staff was kind, warm and friendly. The room was spacious and well laid out. and the amenities were extra nice, especially the great hair conditioner that left my hair feeling super soft, but not weighed down. Would love to know the brand of conditioner used at the Inn. The pour-over coffee, the teas, the glass water bottle, glasses, plates and eating utensils were so thoughtful. Even the cute dining table was a thoughtful gesture that makes Rocky Mountain Inn stand out as one of my favorites."

"The place was is a pleasant location about halfway between Paonia and Hotchkiss on a back road. Beautiful views of the mountains all around. We were in a house next to the lightly-traveled gravel road. The house was well-outfitted and comfortable, with a patio/deck. The kitchen and bathroom were good. The owner's house across the driveway was also a gathering place for wine-tasting and general hanging out, as was a gazebo. There were permanent camping tents on the premises as well. Our host was friendly but left us to our own devices."

"We really enjoyed our stay in southern Colorado at this rental property. One morning, we watched hummingbirds just outside the window, as we sat for breakfast! It was very charming, and a great value for the price. :)"

"I booked this for my family who came from out of state to visit the valley for the first time to attend my wedding. I wanted them to be comfortable and have fantastic views, and this home and location were perfect! Close to town yet private, they loved their stay and couldn’t stop telling me they will stay here when they come visit again!"

"Every now and then you find a rental at the intersection of charming and perfect. This was one of those situations. I've travelled a lot and this was a unique property. Plenty of useful cookware and supplies, a well-appointed bathroom, and delightful bonus movie room. This was also the first time that I've ever seen chilled beer mugs in a freezer ready to go. I enjoyed perusing the DVD and book collection, but you can also log in to a streaming service. All my needs were met and the hosts were highly responsive to inquiries. It would be an ideal romantic stay for couples visiting the area. I would note that the bed was a queen size? Not sure there was space for a king size bed though. That would be my only comment."
