「This property was in a great location near to sea and town centre. It has good seating areas for socialising in the lounge and garden and the smaller conservatory was also a bonus during poor weather. Ian’s communication was good and told us everything we needed to know. We’d definitely consider staying here again if we come back to teignmouth. 」

「This is a brilliant property for a family get together. We stayed with our 2 adult children, their partners and 4 grandchildren. There was plenty of space for all of us and the kitchen was well equipped for a large family gathering. 「The property was in a beautiful area with plenty of walks and lovely scenery. There was a small local shop in the village and a great pub just across the road which served fantastic food. 「Fabulous property in a perfect location. Communication with Tony, was excellent from start to finish. The property was everything we needed for the week, even if the weather maybe was not. A fabulous space even with 3 teenagers. But the piece de resistance has to be the view! We could have sat on that deck all day every day and never moved! It was mesmorising. I know we'll be back again in the future x the week」

「Our group was myself and my sister with our husbands. Perfect to have 2 bathrooms, 2 bedrooms, with a large table and comfortable couch. The kitchen is amply supplied, everything was clean, well explained, and enjoyable. You can't beat the location and the view. We even had gorgeous weather and some lovely strolls around town. Only downsides are taking luggage up the narrow staircase and having to park off property, but those are not bad tradeoffs and can't be helped. We really enjoyed our stay...
