「The location was brilliant. There was good equipment in the kitchen and the sitting room was comfortable with a great tv. Others have mentioned the water is a bit temperamental but it didn’t affect our stay. I think it could benefit from a deep clean. It wasn’t dirty but needed a bit more care. 」

「This is a very clean home that had what we needed during our holiday. Naveed was very easy to deal with and had great communication. It’s worth noting that this is a flat upstairs from a convenient store and mechanic shop. We were fine with it, but it does add a level of noise to being in the flat and/or having your windows open. 」

「We were a little disappointed with our stay . It was impossible to hang clothes in the wardrobe in Bedroom 1 as it was stacked high with bed linen . Also a lot of bed linen in other wardrobe . The fan in one of the bathrooms was not working resulting in a lot of condensation on the floor making it very slippery . The canisters which may have held tea and sugar were empty . The name on the lockbox has faded . On the plus side it was a great location 」

「A really lovely apartment, tastefully furnished and comfortable with nice bed linen and towels. There was plenty of space for our 2 year old granddaughter to run around. There were a few things missing when we arrived - no kitchen roll, hand wash, dishwasher tablets etc but these were delivered the next day with a bottle of Prosecco which was very welcome! There was a broken lightbulb in the smaller bedroom which was promptly replaced while we were out. There were no instructions about recycling...

「Clean room, tons of space, friendly staff, great location, no complaints at all. Only area of improvement is the parking situation, both how limited it is (understandable due to the area) and the fact it is chargeable, outside of that an outstanding hotel which we will definitely visit again.」
