"Check in was at 3. We arrived at 3:40. The ground floor was not ready yet. We were issued 3rd floor but the elevator was so creaky it didn't feel safe and it was Filthy. Not just a little bit dirty it was disgusting and gross. I had requested ground floor more than a month ago when I made the reservation. We asked if we could have our room made a priority we were met with flippancy and told the maid would not do that. Then there is the fact that we paid for a deluxe king but given a double. I didn't know that there were no kings on first floor. Then the tub was dirty. The window was obscured by crud. The bedspreads were dirty. The remote had no cover for the batteries. The chair was broken. It listed left and had an arm missing. The breakfast was all breads with high sugar yogurt and meally apples. The breakfast area was very messy with no attention given to spills. The attendant was wandering around. The coffee was not refilled and it was lousy and offered in Styrofoam cups. There was nothing about the place that I could recommend."

"At first it just looked a bit beat down when we got there. Then the front desk staff barely spoke any English and got frustrated when I couldn’t understand her, they then tried charging us double for the room we had already paid for and wasn’t even ready during check in. Once we finally got checked in we entered our room and it smelt horrible, for a non smoking room it smelt like someone had been smoking in there for days. The room was disgusting as well, the floor was disgusting and dirty, there was white stuff all over the curtains, gum shoved into the fire alarm/detector, half the outlets and lights worked, the tv didn’t work at all, and when you use the water there are horrible noises. Every floor had its own disgusting smells, and the elevator smelt so bad you could smell it before it even opened. They also leave a rock wedged between the back doors so anybody can enter, even though the doors right next to it you have to have a key card to get in. Ridiculously expensive for how horrible and dangerous it is to stay there. "

"Currently disputing a double charge from this hotel with my credit card. So, not the best time to get my opinion of my stay. It definitely wasn’t worth twice the price. There was a full poorly stocked kitchen. Bring anything you may wish to use to cook. The place was clean but I I think it was only because it was so new. Was happy with what seemed to be a very cheap place to stay and the size of the room in our way through town to the desert. "
