"Well, when I checked in and went to my room, which was 221 as I got to the door, the door was already open so no need to use the card. I guess I had special privileges. I knew nothing about well. The night sleep was good up until about 3:30 AM. I was awoken by a loud boom coming from upstairs of other patrons, fighting and stomping feet slamming doors abruptly and rudely woke me up, followed by that could not go back to sleep, and when did go back to sleep, I started hearing the fire sprinklers dripping water on the floor when I went to go check I slipped on the floor from the water dripping from the water sprinklers also the towels were dirty and dingy and not even white and we’re hard like tailed rough towels that probably belong to Motel six this was the worst place I’ve ever stayed at and for them to use a best western hotel and franchise name poorly poorly poorly. I would never recommend this place to anybody with the service I got and when I left at 4:30 this morning. I went downstairs to tell the night audit manager, and he basically told me that the manager would call me in which I still never heard nothing from the manager today and the days is already almost over. It’s 9:12 PM. Poor service on customer service and they didn’t even offer me another room so the only choice I had was just to leave. I feel like I should have my money reimbursed. "
