Good, and great price

Always a nice time at Mosebacke Hostel. The room has all you need - I would’ve perhaps hoped for a slightly more detailed cleaning, the floor was a little dirty and there were some stains and splashes around the furniture. Also the bed headboard did smell funky. Otherwise - tv in the room is a massive plus; felt safe and staff was friendly and professional. Everything worked in the room and sheets were fresh. Many thanks.

Weekend stay in quadruple room

It's incredible, but i came back to the same place 16 years later. Maybe it was named differently, but it still has a good vibe and it's not onlybused by young students, but also elderly people who stay there for short weekend trips. Nothing super spectacular, but comfortable, cozy and very close to main street and tram station that can take you everywhere in Stockholm. Breakfast is basic but enough to last until lunch. Friendly staff. It's not for everyone because of shared bathroom and toilet, but worked fine for our group of friends. Would surely recommend and would like to come back sooner than in 15 years 😅

Room was clean. Beds were comfy. Free breakfast was nice and the coffee machine was good. Communal areas are nice. Noisy at night, thin walls. Only two toilets. A group of girls kept locking the communal bathroom sp on several occasions we couldn’t use the showers, toilets or sinks in the night and morning. There is only one shared bathroom for all the rooms so them locking the door whilst brushing their teeth meant no one could shower or use the seperate toilet cubicles

This is the second time that I have stayed here and the breakfast which is included in the room rate sets you up for the day. My room was a little bit bigger than the one I stayed in last year. I again paid extra for my own bathroom. There is a supermarket just across the road and you also have the use of the communal kitchen. It is in a great location and walkable to the busy shopping area which is only two streets away. If you want to get down to Gamla Stan (Old Town) just turn left when you come out of the hotel and go straight up the steps which will also give you a great view of the harbour and continue down which took only 15 minutes and you are there. This time I booked myself on a two hour boat trip in to the Archipelago which is a guided tour and I booked it with Lovely Cruises which also own the Red Bus Sightseeing double decker. The price was ÂŁ28 which I thought was a reasonable price. I would stay here again the next time I get to visit Stockholm.

Boendet ligger pĂ„ underbara Södermalm och mysiga Mosebacke. LĂ€get 10 av 10. Gratis frukost och en prisbild som Ă€r högst rimlig. SĂ„ lĂ„ngt jĂ€ttenöjda!! I övrigt sĂ„ Ă€r det mesta att önska. Hotellet gav ett ofrĂ€scht intryck, smĂ„ rum, 0 kĂ€nsla för inredning, inget stĂ€d mellan dag 1 och 2, nĂ€r du Ă„t frukost kĂ€ndes det stimmigt, stressat och att satt du pĂ„ den övermöblerade övervĂ„ningen sĂ„ satt du nĂ€stintill i köket, personalen gjorde vad de kunde men kĂ€ndes stressade och för fĂ„ till antalet. Det var ocksĂ„ viss sprĂ„kförbristning pĂ„ sina hĂ„ll. Gemensamma dusch och toaletterna gav ett smutsigt intryck, det hade behövts se efter mer men gissar att man var kort om folk. PĂ„ rummet var det par pappersmuggar och en rulle toalettpapper. Teven minsta jag sett med dĂ„ligt ljud, stod uppe pĂ„ en möbel och svĂ„r att se frĂ„n sĂ€ngen. ÄndĂ„ "nöjd" dĂ„ andra boenden lĂ„g pĂ„ det dubbla priset och Stockholm som stad bjöd verkligen upp! 5-6 av 10 i betyg.

Överraskande

Överraskande bra. Ett litet enkelrum nr 30 pĂ„ plan 2 men dĂ€r fanns sĂ„dant jag inte hade rĂ€knat med- en flĂ€kt igĂ„ng, egen toalett med dusch, en vĂ€ldigt skön sĂ€ng samt mĂ„nga kanaler pĂ„ tv-n. Rummet var litet men vad gör det nĂ€r det som behövs finns dĂ€r. Frukosten var som jag hade hoppats. Överraskande ocksĂ„ att frukost alls ingick till det facila pris jag betalade. Hit lovar jag att Ă„terkomma. Enda minuset var vĂ€l att jag inte fick ett vĂ€nligt leende eller ett vĂ€lkommen tillbaka dĂ„ jag lĂ€mnade Mosebacke. Utan bara ett: -LĂ€gg nyckeln dĂ€r.

Billigt och lÄg standard.

Man fÄr det man betalar för. Billigt och allt höll lÄg standard. Rummet var litet, instÀngt och utan möjlighet till vÀdring. HÄrda sÀngar med en enda minimal kudde. HÄr i duschbrunnen. Frukosten var inte bra. Endast vitt bröd och sockrig yoghurt. Fanns kokt Àgg och lite grönsaker ska sÀgas till plussidan. Automatkaffe av lÄg kvalitet. Kostade 1400 för tvÄ vuxna och ett barn + 300 för parkering. Bra att det fanns parkering. Tveksamt om det trots priset var vÀrt pengarna.

Cheap and disappointing hostel

Cheap and quite worn hostel in Stockholm. The breakfast and checkin were good and easy. The room and bathrooms were very worn, unclean and poorly maintained. The bathroom tiles were dirty and the shower curtains were too small. One of the beds was actually broken and had been poorly repaired with tape so it was lopsided.

Även om det var ett billigt alternativ sĂ„ var det Ă€ndĂ„ dĂ„lig standard. Problem med duschar, dörr som var svĂ„r att stĂ€nga, skĂ€rmen till lampan pĂ„ rummet var borta sĂ„ man sĂ„g glödlampan direkt. Det gemensamma köket Ă€r bara öppet mellan klockan 11 och 22 vilket gör att du inte kan förbereda nĂ„gon mat pĂ„ morgonen som du ska ha med dig under dagen. DĂ€remot var personalen trevlig.
