Breakfast was great, staff was friendly and helpful and the room was clean. However... Our cruise ship cabin was bigger. View out our window was of the parking lot and some young guys were making noise out there until the wee hours. Bottom line was the value for the money was just not good.

No airport shuttle after midnight !

Misleading shuttle service - I booked this hotel only because they had a free airport shuttle. Not after midnight, I had to pay for a taxi. Staff ignored my concerns and repeated the same scripted replies. Felt treated like an idiot. Not recommended if you're arriving late at night.

Great stay at excellent location for airport

Excellent location for the airport and with pretty view of the lake. We stayed in family room (3 adults) at start and end of holiday driving to Sweden. Breakfast was excellent - lots of variety and quantity. Only complaint is the bathroom/wet room was so hot and there didn't appear to be a way of adjusting the temperature. I didn't particularly enjoy the automated system to check-in or the hologram lady who made me jump every time when she greeted anyone who walked by! Maybe it's me being 'old school' but I prefer a human!

Clean, quiet and friendly place.

Nice and clean place but a bit far from city but close to the airport. Not a problem if you have a car. Free parking for hotel guests. Firm comfy bed. Big toilet, was suitable for a wheelchair. Self checkin and self purchasing of amenities popular. There was AC in the room but somehow failed to turn on. So a bit difficult to sleep since it was hot summer. Window in many of the other room was wide open so AC " failure" in those as well? Great breakfast and friendly staff. Didnt have energy to try out the small gym even if it was for free.

Huone oli tulikuuma pieni koppi. Oli pakko pitää ovi auki käytävälle. WC:kin uskomattoman ahdas. Suihkun jälkeen piti olla puoliksi pöntön päällä kuivaamassa itseään. Vaatimaton aamupala. Hyvää: edullinen iso parkkipaikka, edullinen huonehinta, kyllähän täällä yhden yön nukkui kun tuli myöhään ja lähti aikaisin. Parkkimaksuakin tuli lyhyelle pysähdykselle vain 4€.

Fint sted når det er under 25 grader iuften.

Nå kom vi i den værste varmen. Gradestokken viste 32 grader, det sier seg selv at rommet var rene bakerovnen. Vi ble veldig forrvirret, da det ikke var aircondition, for det stod nemlig det da vi bestilte(aircondition i alle rom). Der stod en vifte, men det duger ikke i slik varme. Det var så varmt at det var umulig å sove. Uteområdet ved sjøen var vakker, fugleliv og sjøluft med benker å sitte på. Hotellet i seg selv var ingenting å si på. Hadde det vært lavere temperatur, så hadde hatt en fin natt også. Personalet var det ingenting å si på, hyggelige og serviceminded. Likte ekstra godt den digitale innsjekkingen, den var toppers👍

Bra opphold, men noen småting trekker litt ned. Chatboten i innsjekkingen er bare irriterende, og kan med fordel erstattes av et ark med info. Renholdet kunne vært bedre. Spindelvev I taket, og gangen var skitten. Frokosten var meget bra!

Die Zimmer sind zweckmäßig ohne jeden schnickschnack eingerichtet und recht klein. Das Frühstück war gut und reichhaltig in einem schön gelegenen Restaurant mit Meerblick.

Great little hotel near the airport. The rooms are small, but they are clean and the atmosphere in the staff are fantastic. They have a great dining room that we can go after two socialize and hang out. We stayed here when we first arrived in Norway and then we came back for the last night before we left Norway because we really enjoyed The atmosphere of this hotel
