Great house steps to beach!

Cozy beach house with great rear deck/yard, front deck was great to sit and play a game of dominoes. Easy check in, owner is great! So close to beach and town of Stinson Beach, walk everywhere. Well stocked, beach chairs, towels umbrellas.

Adelle's house was a great place to stay! Clean, well equipped and so close to the beach! Plenty of beach chairs, mexican blankets and boogie boards to use. Adelle always answered my questions quickly and was so nice and accommodating.

Great location for a cozy well kept beach stay

We were two families, including a teen and two kids under 7. The house was well kept and clean, modern updates. It was cozy for all 7 of us, but the beach was steps away and the front porch is large with couches and chairs to lounger. There is a back patio as well, but it could use a little landscaping / clean up. We would stay here again.

Our favorite beach house.

We love this cute little beach house. Our family has stayed here several tunes and it’s always our first choice when coming to Stinson. It’s steps to the beach and there is plenty of room for our family to relax. It’s a cute and modern with a great kitchen and a nice living space. It’s an easy walk into town for coffee in the morning or an ice cream cone etc. We look forward to our next visit.

Cozy and comfortable, steps away from the beach

We loved our time in Stinson Beach and can’t wait to return. The house is cozy and clean and has everything we needed for a wonderful time. The decks are both wonderful for outdoor meals or relaxing. But the best part of course is being steps away from the beautiful sandy beach! Sunsets and sunrises are breathtaking. We will be back!

Perfect beach cottage

Found our new favorite rental in Stinson since our previous annual rental was sold. The location is perfect. Just park your car and never get in again. Walk right on to the beach, walk to town, sit on the front porch and watch the waves, or relax on the back deck. Spacious kitchen and rooms for a beach cottage. Owner was very responsive and friendly to inquiries. We look forward to staying here again!

New Year’s at the beach

We thoroughly enjoyed our time at the cottage, which comfortably held 4 adults and 4 teenagers. Fantastic location for walks on the beach, quick access to cafes and the local market, and trailheads for hiking Mt. Tam/Muir Woods. Just what we needed to kick off the new year!

Our family stayed at this great cottage for two nights with another family. There was plenty of space for everyone to sleep and relax. We were steps from the beach which as the most exciting part and reason why we chose the house. While the weather wasn't warm or sunny, the kids still really enjoyed playing in the sand and water. The house also had a grill and fire pit which we did not use because of the rainy weather. Be aware that there are limited dining options and limited dining options in Stinson Beach, so possibly do your shopping before you arrive. We cooked dinner one night and had a wonderful dinner the other night at Parkside Cafe.

Can't beat the location, but the property could use some TLC.

My family of 4 stayed here for a few days before Thanksgiving. The property manager was nice enough to let us check in early on the day of our arrival. Within a few hours, we discovered that the hot water was broken. By this time it was evening and the property manager said she couldn't have anyone come out to fix it until the next day. She gave us instructions to try and fix it, which involved squeezing between the deck and fence (maybe 1.5 ft wide space) and finding a switch under the house. We didn't want to deal with the dark and rainy night in an unfamiliar setting so we went our first night without hot water. We managed to fix the switch on our own the next morning. That night we also discovered that the over knob was broken so we unknowingly broiled (and ruined) our dinner. We contacted the property manager about that as well and she said apparently it happens very often -- so often in fact that they have a box of spare knobs. It was obvious to me that the oven needed professional repair given the chronic breakage. The refrigerator also needs some maintenance. The temperature reading on the outside screen said it was 37 degrees, but any food we took out was barely cold. There's a rung missing from the ladder on the bunk bed and the beds and furniture are all showing their wear. It's obvious this is a popular rental, but it's looking pretty worn down given the traffic. I gave the property 3 stars because the location is great and the property manager was helpful.

The interior of the cottage is clean, nicely decorated, and well appointed. This is our second stay here. Located close to the beach, just two houses in, you can walk right out to the beach, and fly a kite! The restaurants and little market are easily walkable. It's just adorable!

We loved this beautifully updated cozy house. Spent a lot of time on the large and charming front porch, which has comfy porch furniture and a glimpse of white water. We had been looking for a smallish one-story house in Stinson that was close to the beach and had a king bed, and this met all our expectations. Nice private back deck too, with fire pit. Great kitchen, everything was perfect. Can't wait to come back!
