Spacious 4-Bedroom Retreat Near OSU – Pet Freindly

This comfortable 4-bedroom, 2-bath home is perfectly situated between Boomer Lake Park and Sanborn Lake Trails. Whether you're in town for an OSU game day or event, work, or just a relaxing weekend, this home offers the perfect mix of convenience, comfort, and charm.

Located 2 miles from Boone Pickens Stadium and 1.5 miles from Stillwater Regional Airport, you’ll be close to everything while still enjoying a quiet, residential neighborhood.

The Space

First Floor:
Master Bedroom - King Bed with two closets, night stands and dresser. Mounted TV.
Bedroom 1 - Queen Bed with two closets, night stand and desk. Mounted TV.
Bathroom 1 - Step in shower, large vanity with single sink and toliet with bidet attached.
Large open living room with large 50" TV.
Dining Room with 7 person dining table
Open sitting area next to entry foyer.
Utility Room with washer and dryer and door to Garage.
Large Dog door to outside screened in Patio and Turf Dog Run.

Second Floor:
Bedroom 1 - Queen Bed with wall closet and large walk-in closet. TV on hutch. Desk.

Bathroom 2 - Shower and Tub Combo with single sink vanity and toilet.
Hall Closet - 2 Queen blow up mattreses and one Full blow up mattress.

Backyard:
Screend in Patio with Mounted TV. Large Outside Patio with seating and propane fire pit.
Back Gate to large wooded area known as Sandborn Lake Trails(Public).

HAPPY CAMPER

You never truly know what you’re going to get when you stay away from home whether in a hotel, house or condo. We brought in food to cook in the evenings and everything needed in the kitchen, including an outdoor grill was provided for. EVERYTHING. Even a pizza cutter. I and we were so impressed and continued being impressed with every day of our stay. The four of us worked long hours which made it so nice to come in to the perfect home away from home. Everything we needed was provided for and then some. Sooo thankful for this place!!!If ever in this area for business or pleasure in the future we’ll definitely check availability.A

Loved our stay! Home was roomy, clean and equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay. The proximity to Boomer lake and the trails in the back yard made it great for morning walks. Can’t wait to stay here again for football games this year. Really made our trip comfortable for the entire family.
