Hotel is not ADA compliant. There is 3 floors and no elevator. Dated. Could use work on overall cleanliness of rooms, found rappers from previous people. Breakfast did not have very many options and closed relatively early. Came back to our hotel and they had shut off the keys, even though we had another full day booked. We had a 60 lb dog and a 100 lb dog, so very pet friendly.

Nice room, wonderful breakfast (scrambled eggs, sausage patties, waffles, bagels, much more). Only downer was the room was 45º F when we checked in. The heater worked well though and by the time we returned from our evening activities it was comfortable.

Staff was ok but they were hard to understand due to her strong accent. Room was above average. The bathroom could use alittle attention as there was mold in the grout of the shower bath tub area. The sink also leaks and water trickled from the base of the pedestal sink. Free breakfast was plus and well appreciated. Ample parking and plenty of places to dine in the surrounding area.

First night was fine. Room was clean and updated vs the hallways. We had 4 people and 4 keys. When two people returned to the room neither of their keys worked and they had to go to the front desk to get them reactivated. When the other two people arrived later their two keys didn't work as well so they had to go to the front desk, not once, not twice, but three times before the keys worked and they could get in. I would also like to mention that in all the times we had to reactivate our keys cards, not once did they ask for ID or verify any reservation information. They only asked what room number. On Sunday evening we returned and only 1 key worked but we were at least able to get in. Upon entering we immediately noticed that someone had been in our room and had completely defiled the toilet and had left bits and pieces of the battle they had in said toilet. We were supposed to check out Monday but immediately packed up and left. We went to the front desk and explained what happened. We even took them to the room so they could view the scene themselves and had to keep explaining that we know how we left the room and someone was definitely in there after we left. They said they would look at video and see and apologized and that was it. Would not stay here again if you paid me.

Hotel was very clean. Room was great! I was charged an unexpected $100 room deposit. And then when I went to check out, there was no one at the counter. I ended up talking to someone through a television. So I'm not sure if my card will be credited back the deposit fee.
