This charming and spacious 282-square-meter villa is located in idyllic, rural surroundings and is surrounded by a secluded outdoor area of nearly 2 mål. Perfect for families, friends, or work gatherings, the villa offers several large terraces, including a unique, large covered terrace with a long table that’s ideal for meals and socializing. The large lawn is perfect for play, ball games, and fun.
The villa features a beautiful, modern kitchen, ideal for cooking and enjoying time together, with a cozy coffee nook that adds an extra touch of luxury. The newly renovated bathroom features a bathtub, shower, and an infrared sauna for maximum relaxation. The five bedrooms, which can accommodate a total of 12 people, include one room with a TV. The villa also has three cozy living areas, two of which are equipped with 60- and 55-inch TVs, respectively. These provide plenty of space for cozy get-togethers.

Located in Østervrå, the villa offers easy access to public transportation, with a bus stop nearby, as well as being within walking distance of local grocery stores such as Meny and 365. Not far away, you’ll also find Bakeren, known for its delicious rolls and pastries. You’re just a short drive from North Jutland’s largest cities, such as Frederikshavn and Aalborg, as well as beautiful beaches like Skagen, Sæby, Løkken, and Palmestranden in Frederikshavn. Nearby attractions include Fårup Sommerland, Råbjerg Mile, the North Sea Oceanarium, and many other kid-friendly activities in North Jutland. Practical information:
● Easy check-in—you’ll receive a door code before arrival.
● Final cleaning is mandatory and costs 1,850 DKK. This is to ensure that everyone arrives at a clean space. If the cleaning is inadequate, this must be reported on the day of arrival
● Duvets and pillows are provided for all guests. You must bring your own bedding, towels, kitchen towels, and dishcloths. Alternatively, you can rent these for 110 DKK per person—this must be ordered in advance.
● Electricity consumption and heating for water and the house (oil furnace) are NOT included and will be billed after departure. The price for electricity is DKK 4 per kWh, and for oil (heating the house and water) 15 DKK per liter
After your stay, a payment request will be sent through Airbnb.
● There is fast and free Wi-Fi throughout the house and outdoors in the yard.
● There is an electric car charger; please bring your own charging cable. Usage will be billed after departure
