Check in was excellent, the young man that checked us in was quick, polite and kind. Valet was great & quick! The bartender/ waitress on Saturday 8/16 (daytime) was unapproachable, and just looked like she hated her job. We waited 12 mins from when we sat down at the bar until she asked us “what to drink”, Then proceeded to do dishes , then get ours drinks. Being in the service industry myself, I get it, we all have bad days but we leave them at the door. I had to go ask the kitchen about my daughter’s salad and bring it out to her, the bartender didn’t put the salad order in but put in my order. She was unwelcoming and made us feel like we were a burden.

Hotel restaurant was excellent and room was cleanand quiet .The air purifier was a nice touch. The parking was too expensive and parking garage was never located.The beds were wey comfortable and roo. Air conditioning was very good. The staff was exceptional and early morning clerk at fro t desk helped with details about closed highway ramp detour i formation. The valets were great as well as the waiters and waitresses at the restaurant.
