So when we first arrived at the property, it was not very clean. From still dirty dishes that had been put away, to bed sheets needing to be washed, with frequent handyman visits in between... it was causing a headache at first. However after speaking with Newman Hospitality Management members, from Archie to Sergio, they got us squared away. They fully reimbursed the cleaning fee, and did what they could to make it right. They are also very responsive via text messages, VRBO messaging and phone calls. They made the experience go from 2 to 5 stars. The handymen that had to make a few appearances are just luck of the draw, it seems like things hadn't been properly reported by other guests during their stays so maintenance was needed during out long stay there.
To top off the Newman team's commitment to customer satisfaction, they found my wife's lost wedding ring and mailed it to our home location in Florida!
Again, the management company is A+ and is really on top of ensuring the customer has a good experience. I would absolutely recommend staying at one of their properties.
