"The property has a beautiful view but it has a very long and steep walk to get to any restaurants. There is NO AIR CONDITIONING even though the listing clearly stated there was A/C and there is not a single fan in the house, either. Google maps does not get you to the house, you have to keep on going and then back into the gated driveway or go past it and turn around. Very difficult to get a large vehicle into the driveway. Astoria Resort

8/10 Good

"We really enjoyed our stay at Astoria! The property is well located, with a short 10 min walk to the old town. Around the hotel we could find a nice pizza place by the slice, laundry Mat a block away, large supermarket couple blocks away. The resort also provided free parking and bikes upon availability. The breakfast, kids club and pool were fantastic, best features from the resort in our opinion. Our kids are 5,7 and 9, and they were well taken care on the kids club (for free) while my husband and I went for bike rides. The rooms and bathroom were a bit outdated, but very clean. We would stay here again!"
