「Pros: Schon erwähnt. Cons: Eine Info wäre schön gewesen, dass der Kühlschrank sehr klein ist! Das Internet und das damit verbundene WLAN lässt zu wünschen übrig, hat aber sicher auch mit den dicken Wänden zu tun. Aber wir waren ja auch nicht da, um fern zu sehen, sondern mit dem Rad Touren zu machen... Wetter hat leider nicht mitgespielt, wobei Herr Hartmann aber nix für konnte.」

「Wir haben statt der beworbenen gemeinschaftlichen Terrasse einen mit Gras bewachsenen Freisitz mit „Steinmöblierung“ neben der FeWo vorgefunden. Der Freisitz ist erreichbar, wenn man entweder über den Park-/Müllplatz der Nachbarn oder auf dem öffentlichen Gehweg um das Haus geht. Eine Terrasse ist ein Freisitz mit festem Bodenbelag.
