Well kep and seems up to date prices was GREAT but very disappointed that i expected breakfast as it was advertised in Expedia and was told tgey are not allowed to do breakfast! "We loved our stay at this property. Having the entire place to ourselves with so much beautiful land around us was incredible, and our dog absolutely loved being able to run freely. We specifically wanted to stay away from the busy tourist areas like Gatlinburg, and this location was perfect—quiet, peaceful, and slow-paced, which gave our family much-needed quality time together.Richard is an excellent host and Carrie is a fantastic property manager. Both were incredibly responsive, friendly, and understanding throughout our stay. Just a quick note for future guests: the gravel/dirt driveway is uphill, and our minivan initially struggled getting up it when it was pouring rain as we arrived. Carrie later took care of it, and it was much easier afterward.Overall, a wonderful stay and highly recommended!"
