4.0 star property
8.6 out of 10, Excellent, (802)
"I loved this place: clean, functional, pleasant, modern, with a great breakfast and great service. Being across the street from Freie Uni is a bonus: if being close to the university matters, this is an excellent place to stay! I loved it and would happily stay there again. "

Hotel Bonverde
6.8 out of 10, (124)
"I have mix feelings because the location was perfect with good connections to the city center via train or bus but I believe the photos show a very nice place which it wasn't for me. Also the bed in our room was advertised as queen size but in reality there were two mattresses in one bed which was very uncomfortable. I paid for breakfast but they didn't have that option on site so they refund me some money and left me with another worry."

Apartment Hotel Dahlem
6.4 out of 10, (44)
"This is low-budget hotel which is next door to the US consulate in Berlin. It's just about 2 blocks from the subway and within close walking distance to a few other attractions and shopping. It is not a fancy place, and the tiny kitchen was lacking some basics. The bathroom set-up was also a little questionable, and the claim of free wifi is iffy at best. Still: The owner is very friendly and the room was a good value - and it was only 5 minutes from where I needed to be every day. Would I stay...

"Hi, there is no do not disturb sign so every day the cleaner would knock very loudly and barge into the room. Also the owner demanded payment when I checked in the even though I booked online. Why do I have to pay twice? Also I checked in at 11:30 pm and the reception was closed even though they’re supposed to be open until midnight. What if I didn’t have a phone? I would have had to sleep outside "
