スティールス タバーンのプールのあるホテル

「Beautiful property!! Top notch!」

「Don't wish to」

「The room was clean, but the entire hotel smelled like smoke. The walls must be paper thin, because we could hear people and conversations/music in neighboring rooms. Breakfast sucked!! The only protein was snack size yogurt. There were no eggs or any meat protein. The coffee was marginal. The morning staff person at the front desk was very unfriendly.」

「Check in was slow and confusing. Chair in room was so threadbare, you could see the stuffing. Lamp was dusty. Walls were so thin, tv from other room was coming right through the wall. Breakfast was extremely limited. I’ve never seen such a limited breakfast, and it was only open until 9:30am on a Sunday. The shampoo provided was a tiny shampoo bar. I really should have given a lower score. I guess I’m too nice」

「The room was had few problems and that switched us to new room they solved our issue. Great customer service」

「We traveled to Lexington for VMI Family Weekend, and unfortunately, our hotel experience was very disappointing. When we first arrived, everything seemed fine. However, later that evening, when I took a shower, I noticed that the hot water was barely warm. By the following morning, there was no hot water at all. I reported the issue to the front desk and was told that they were working on it. Unfortunately, the problem was never resolved during our entire stay. On our last day, I was told that...

「The front desk team of Dalton nighttime and overnight guy Sherwyn were fantastic as were housekeeping staff. Had a great stay」

「There was extremely limited water pressure in the shower at peak times. So low it would just dribble out and I had to wait to finish showering.」
