If you like rustic, this place is for you. It's location on the banks of the Applegate River is fantastic. We also had an exceptional dinner at the on-site restaurant. the ambiance is hard to beat. The staff were friendly and very accommodating.

This house was so roomy, airy and overall a great house for our stay in the Applegate area. We had a very peaceful and restful time at the property. Cozy private family ranch cottage! Vineyards, Britt Festival and Applegate Lake!
Everything was good except for the bed downstairs. Memory foam mattresses or memory foam toppers are terrible to sleep on. Hosts should provide a firm bed with an optional topper for those who like that.
