Welcome to Basecamp on the Yampa, an "EXCEPTIONAL" 3 bed 2.5 bath condo in downtown large terrace overlooking the Yampa River and huge mountain park (Emerald Mountain). Outstanding location on the quiet side of downtown and within walking distance to all things Steamboat, or a short bus ride away to skiing. With local Steamboat owners and over 200 5-star guest reviews this beautiful condo is a wonderful way to enjoy Steamboat Springs.

This very spacious (1760 sq feet) 3 Bedroom 2.5 Bath is beautifully furnished with an eclectic style and full of local art. We have an amazingly stocked kitchen for all of your cooking/baking needs. Each room has a smart TV with cable in main rooms and surround sound on main floor. We stock our unit with toiletries; hair dryers and cleaning/laundry supplies you need to for your stay. We use all natural, refillable or non-plastic products to reduce waste. The large deck has lots of seating and a gas grill and of course, views!

All bedrooms are located upstairs. The Primary Suite has a King Bed, on-suite bath with separate shower and tub and incredible views of the river. The large, second bedroom has a Queen Bed and the Third Bedroom has a Queen Bed and Twin XL. These two bedrooms share a full bathroom. Additional sleeping is by a very comfortable folding Queen mattress which can be used anywhere.

What makes this condo truly wonderful is the location. Located directly across from the Yampa River with amazing views you can hear the river when the windows are open. The bike path is located across the street. The library and Park are less than a block away. The Free Bus stop to the ski area is one short block away. Within walking distance are many restaurants, bars and shops but without the noise and congestion.

There is Private garage and additional parking for 1 additional car in a first come first serve lot.

Well behaved dogs with respectful owners considered. Please let us know when booking that you are bringing a pet. You must sign a pet agreement prior to your reservation.

Convenient Property in the heart of Steamboat

Great place and location

Spent 4 days in Steamboat seeing the sights. Had a great time. Place is in a great location within walking distance to the whole downtown area. It was well stocked and clean and host was very responsive to any questions. Will be staying here again next time we are in the area.

Steamboat springs winter carnival stay

The place was perfection- best location for walking to everything in town, easy access to ski resort, very comfortable & well appointed. Details were covered from very comfy beds, to soaps & lotion, and to my husband’s delight (he’s a chef) everything needed for cooking & grilling including exceptional knives. Watching the carnival extravaganza from the balcony was a highlight!

Great townhouse, perfect location

Our family enjoyed a wonderful visit over the Christmas and New Year holiday. The townhouse is first rate and the layout really worked for our group of six. We were able to walk to downtown shops and restaurants, and the express bus to the gondola is a half-block away. We definitely look forward to staying here again!

Stayed for a week with 5 members of my family. Great location right across from the river. Short walk to town for dining or shopping. My family enjoyed sitting on balcony and playing games that were provided. Property clean and nicely decorated. Property owner responded quickly to any questions we had. Would stay here again.

Location and Balcony Cannot Be Beat!

The location of the place is just awesome. We booked it solely for the balcony, and it did not disappoint. We’ve stayed at other places on Yampa, and they can get a bit noisy at night. This place being on 11th makes it a bit quieter. Awesome finishes, high end furnishings, and 1 block to Creekside Grill! Will definitely stay again.

This was the perfect property for a stay in the town of Steamboat. It's right in town so you can walk everywhere! The deck faces the river and is a nice spot to relax. The property owner was easy to work with and offered a lot of helpful tips and recommendations.

We had an incredible stay at this beautiful property right on the Yampa River in Steamboat! The location is perfect, offering stunning river views and easy access to outdoor activities. Beautiful condo in a gorgeous location

We had a perfect vacation in Steamboat because of the excellent location and amenities provided by Steve's home. The layout was amazing, waking up to mountain views, and walking to dinner every night. We had a car, and it was easy to park, which is rare in Steamboat, but there are free shuttles everywhere so you could stay and forgo the rental car if you wanted. We will definitely be returning to stay here!

We have now stayed three times at this location! We love it. The space is very well-appointed. The location could not be better, especially since it was Winter Carnival in Steamboat! I would recommend it with high praise!

Great location! Comfortable and well furnished.

We spent a week here with our 7 and 8 year olds. The location is walkable to everything downtown and the trail on the river. Home is clean, beds are comfortable, parking is easy. The kitchen is well stocked with everything you need! There can be a bit of street noise (as expected downtown) when you’re sleeping with the windows open but it ends early. Would definitely stay here again!
