As you enter this beautiful mountain home, you`ll find a spacious entry with plenty of room for storing coats and shoes. There is a laundry room at the end of the hallway on this first level. There is also a 2-car garage with room to store skis, sleds, and hiking equipment. This home has three bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms. On the entry level, you`ll find a bedroom with a bunk bed, twin over full, and a shower/tub combo in this en-suite bathroom. The main level has a large bedroom with a king bed and an adjoining bathroom with a shower. You will find the kitchen/living/dining room on this main level as well as a patio with a hot tub. The upper level has a master bedroom with a king bed and an adjoining bathroom with double sinks and shower. Just off this master is a loft space with a full-size memory foam sofa bed, TV, and card/game table.

This home is located in the Resort Zone within walking distance of the ski slopes, gondola, and many restaurants and shops. The free shuttle has a pickup/dropoff immediately outside the home. The shuttle can be used to go downtown, grocery, or the resort.
Please keep garage door closed at all times. In the winter, pipes can freeze and you will lose heat and water and have a large bill to pay! In the summer, bears are active and will get into the trash and if they associate the home with food will become nightly visitors and get more bold.
- Any guest-initiated cancelations and resulting refunds shall be net of any non-refundable processing fees deducted by any third-party payment processing services. Refunds are limited to the amount received net of those payment processing fees.

- Keep any hot tubs covered when not in use. Use of any hot tub is at the guest’s own risk and minors shall not be permitted to use the hot tub without adult supervision. Do not bring any glass in or near the hot tub. Notify us if the hot tub needs additional service. Excessive or abusive use of the hot tub will result in an extra cleaning fee charged to the guest in the amount of $500 or the cost to repair or sanitize.
- Keep the garage door closed at all times. Guests will be held fully liable for any and all damages that result from doors, windows, or garage doors being left open during freezing conditions.
- Any guest-initiated refunds will be net of any 3rd party credit card processing fees. Credit card processing companies generally do not refund those fees to guests or hosts.
