The well-equipped kitchen will impress even the pickiest chef - gorgeous granite countertops, modern appliances and utensils, and spacious cabinets make up the entire space. Chilly nights won't stand a chance against the gas fireplace in the living room; turn it on and you'll slowly but surely start feeling the delicious warmth throughout the home. Kick back on the L-shaped sofa and watch a fun movie on the TV. The convenience of having a private washer/dryer on-site is something you can't find just anywhere. Phoenix 119 provides guests with the best amenities possible, and having a washer/dryer at home will make packing easier. Enjoy incredible amenities such as an outdoor heated pool, two hot tubs, dry sauna, BBQ area with tables, fitness center, and a conference room, perfect for meetings, family reunions, and ski groups!

This prime location will put you only 100 yards from the Steamboat Ski area and Gondola Square, making your dreams of a ski-cation come true! Offering year-round activities, there's no shortage of things to do here no matter if you're visiting during summer or winter. Summer visitors can try kayaking, rafting, and fishing; kids might as well enjoy a mini amusement park on-site! Powder lovers no matter their level of expertise will be able to enjoy more than 150 trails and some of the best powder on the continent.

The two twins can be converted to a bed.
Clubhouse amenities will be available for use within the following hours: Hot Tub & Pool facilities will be open from 10 am to 8 pm, Gym facilities will be accessible from 8 am to 8 pm, and our Clubhouse Game Room will be accessible from 8 am to 8 pm.
This is a multi-level property without elevator access.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Great location but old condo

This is a wonderful location, just a walk to the gondola. The condo has a comfortable family room but overall is very outdated, especially the bathrooms.
