Herbage Townhomes, nestled in the trees and located approximately 1/2 mile from the base of the ski mountain. This large townhome offers 3 bedrooms + loft & 3 bathrooms and a private hot tub on the deck. With more than 2000 square feet, there is plenty of room for everyone. Great layout for two families or 3 – 4 couples. Unit sleeps 8.

New May 2024 - A/C will be installed.

The setting, decor and finishes exemplifies the Rocky Mountains. Whether you are in Steamboat to play hard, relax or just vacation, you will enjoy all the comforts of home while staying at our Herbage unit.

Both king bedrooms have ceiling fans & A/C. All bedrooms have TV's and luxury bath robes.

Living room has 65' TV with HD cable. King bedroom on main level has 32' TV. Upstairs master suite has 29' TV. Queen bedroom has 36' TV. Gorgeous soft linens, fleece blankets, duvets and lots of pillows. Just gorgeous.

Outdoor heated pool in the summertime (closed from Labor Day until Memorial Day). Private Hot Tub on deck off living room. We service the hot tub. We make sure the hot tub is drained, cleaned, sanitized and refilled for each arriving rental.

Private BBQ grill, free Wi-Fi, HE washer & dryer in unit, great stocked kitchen, new gas range, two hot water heaters so lots of hot water, plenty of parking.

Herbage is located on the free city bus route. The bus comes by every 20 minutes. Herbage is the 3rd last stop before the ski area so the bus ride is only a couple of minutes in the mornings.

STOCKED UNIT: All our units are stocked with all supplies that you will need for your stay: toilet paper, paper towel, tissues, napkins, coffee filters, trash bags, small soaps, small bottles of shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, laundry detergent, Dawn kitchen sink soap, Cascade for the dishwasher, Lysol/Clorox wipes, hand soap pumps at all sinks, hand sanitizer, 409/spic n span or similar counter spray, two sets of sheets for each bed, minimum of 6 sets of towels per bathroom, hot tub towels, etc. (this is not your beach rental - you will not have to buy TP!)

The best place we've ever rented!

Property was perfect for our guys' ski trip! So clean and organized! We have stayed in a fair number of short-term rental properties and have never seen one so well-stocked. Communication with the management was very easy and I felt like they sincerely wanted us to have a good time! Will stay again!

Amazing Ski Vacation!

This condo is fantastic!! It is very well appointed, with everything you could possibly need to relax, cook, ski, and hot tub!! We loved it, and will definitely stay again!

Great ski chalet

Kim provides a great experience as the property manager for this home. Extremely well stocked, clean and great location right by the ski shuttle. Would definitely return, all of us really enjoyed our time.
