While you are about 20 mins outside of Chania it served as a good base for all of the western beaches and attractions while still close enough to Chania for dinners and exploring. "Biggest complaint is not allowing more than one key card without a $20 deposit. You need to drop that policy real quick. Switch out the motion sensors for the bathroom.
