「The room was very nice」

「While the property is lovely and the stay has been nice, I will say that the information provided before finalizing the booking was missing pertinent information. There was no mention of the two sets of stairs at the front entrance. There was no mention of receiving a code for entry to property until after I booked a non-refundable booking. 「We really enjoyed the Statler for an anniversary getaway. The whole experience was great—the location is prime for Staunton’s downtown, the common areas of the house were well appointed and well stocked with various treats, the room was very spacious and comfortable, and they are very thoughtful about providing what you need to have a great stay. It is a historic house, so be prepared for creaky floors and for sound to bounce around the house in strange ways. But, again, they provided a sound...

「Beautiful property and views. Stayed overnight with my Shepherd as we traveled back home on a long trip. Great open property to walk with my dog. Large basement rental with large kitchen, living room, and bedrooms. Plenty of TVs too! Being a basement rental, I could hear the family walking around upstairs so keep that in mind if it bothers you. Private gated entrance, nice patio, and private entrance to basement. 「This sweet tiny home allowed us to attend a college reunion and explore Charlottesville and surroundings areas. Owners were very communicative and gracious. Home was nicely decorated and appointed well, our only complaints being that quite a few bugs got into the home, entry carpet wasn’t the cleanest, interior space was tighter than expected and parking space being away from the home made unloading and loading a bit of a deal. Aside from these issues, we really enjoyed our stay. 」
