「Not wanting a stuffy hotel we opted for an apartment type rental. Full kitchen, living room, bedroom and bathroom. Having a couch to feel at home to watch TV made our stay homey. Perfection for us would have been a privacy fence on the back deck between the rental units separating the space, but I can see how the shared space works well for families or people traveling with friends.
