We strongly recommend exercising caution and taking appropriate safety measures when navigating these stairs during inclement weather. It is the responsibility of the occupants and visitors to use handrails if available, wear suitable footwear, and be mindful of slippery surfaces to ensure their safety while using the stairs. The property owner or management cannot be held liable for any accidents or injuries that may occur as a result of using the stairs under such conditions. Your safety is our top priority, and we appreciate your understanding and cooperation.

The HOA Pool and Hot Tub will be closed indefinitely starting July 21, 2025, due to major renovations. We apologize for the inconvenience and appreciate your understanding as the HOA works to improve these community amenities. Please feel free to reach out with any questions before booking!

PET POLICY: This is a pet friendly home, but please note that we charge an additional, non-refundable pet cleaning fee of $175 per booking, that must be collected separately after you've secured your booking if you plan on bringing your pet.

We love pets and welcome them, but pets do require additional cleaning due to hair and dander. We are allowing you to bring your furry friend, but please understand that we still need to clean the home properly for everyone, and this requires an additional pet cleaning fee.

PARKING:
Our community parking lot is located roughly 500 feet away from our front door. If you need to drop off your luggage when you first arrive, you are welcome to do so, but please limit loading and unloading time to 15-20 minutes.

SNOW PARKING NOTE: When overnight snowfall accumulates over 4”, you MUST have your vehicles moved out of the parking lot by 9AM so they can plow the parking lot. Vehicles cannot be returned to the parking lot until it has been plowed.

STAIRS : We have fully disclosed the stairs and we do not offer same day refunds if a member of your party cannot climb the stairs

Essentials Provided:
Linens, towels, shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, hand soap, lotion, TP, paper towels, coffee, tea, salt, pepper, cooking oil, dish soap, new sponge every turnover, laundry detergent, and much more!

During your stay, please be aware that Lake Tahoe is home to bears. Keep food secure and follow local guidelines to avoid encounters.

Kindly be aware that after your booking is confirmed, a rental agreement and ID verification will be sent for you to complete to stay in compliance with local laws.
