My family and I enjoy staying here. WE try to stay at this hotel when ever we visit our daughter in college. The rooms are clean, the breakfast is always yummy. And the pool & hot tub right outside you door is a lovely bonus!

Checking in was smooth and easy with helpful front desk staff. Lots of rooms and multiple places to park to be near rooms. Breakfast was ok, nice big place to sit and eat. A bit outdated feel to hotel but was clean overall.

The rooms need to be updated, and the heater was really bad. It never really got warm. What I really think is lousy is how much they charged for that weekend- I know that it was PSU Family weekend (that's why we were there), but to charge literally MORE than 3X the regular rate is unforgiveable! But the room was very comfortable!

ok - the desk staff were great. Resturant food wasnt bad even if the staff seemed overwhelmed. But the place is tired. They really need to spruce it up. Our room was okay. beds were reasonably comfortable. But there was trash around the common areas. painting and other repairs seemed half completed. The place is good for game day and the price was not too bad so it worked.

We felt like the property was a little run down. It looked good from the outside and the reception area and restaurant looked really nice. The elevator ride to our room revealed a pretty worn out looking unit and it wasn't a good first impression. Our room was ok. If not for the bed being extremely comfortable, we'd have a hard time praising our room and its location. The bathroom was adequate but the toilet was unusually low to the ground and not comfortable or easy to use. Couple a few of these observations with the very high nightly rate we paid to see a Penn State football game and it didn't feel like much of a value. We would likely not stay there again.

I was very unhappy with the state of the hotel. Very old, not updated, did not like the glass windows that were in the rooms. Felt like a hospital room. The ceiling was painted cinder blocks and not painted well. Bathrooms looked like out of the 80s. To top it off the hot tub was not working. Oh and the elevator was so tiny and very scary, I took the steps the rest of the time there. The staff was nice thar was the only upside.

Room was not clean used towels left in the bathroom, no fresh towels, urine found on base of toilet, faucet with dried toothpaste, and garbage under the sink. Staff did accommodate and change our room, but the new room had a used towel hanging on the bathroom door. The indoor and outdoor pool amenities were good. Disappointed overall and will not stay there again.
