"Unfortunately, the shower malfunctioned so i could not take one. I only noticed this in the morning so decided not to ring the reception as it would probably take too much time to repair. So it told staff later, upon check-out. Their response: "room number?" I gave that and then they said, "ok, good bye". No excuses, no sorry, no nothing. Very rude and totally not compliant with the high standards I usually enjoy when staying at Novotel's."
