"The room served its purpose. The bathroom vent was extremely loud and so was the toilet and the bed was very hard. Other than that it was nice and clean. and had all the amenities that a room needs. Looks nothing like the pictures. "

"There was a mixup for my reservation for my one night stay .. it was cancelled not by me and no fault of the hotel manager or desk clerk it was due to third party resevation company ..The clerk ,manager and i got it all worked out good thing i had my email conformation and my credit card app to show when and when tranactions were done .i had made the 4 hour trip from west Tennessee to starksville Mississippi with my elder mom for family members graduation they took my information i had a was able to make sure we got a room .She was very nice about the situation told me relax we make sure you have good stay and see your family member walk that stage.upon check out the same two were on duty and asked how our room and stay was and asked about our graduate and wished her best luck for future .."
