"The home needs repairs made in many areas. Pool tiles falling off so did not swim as we didn't know if broken pieces were under the water that could be stepped on. Broken tiles in bathroom that hadn't even been picked up, and broken toilet seats that almost caused a fall. Front door would not latch shut unless held closed and locked with deadbolt, and only 1 key for it. Property did not seem to have been well cleaned.
