Welcome to your ideal waterfront getaway on New London Bay in Cavendish, Prince Edward Island. This inviting three-bedroom, two-bathroom vacation home combines the serene beauty of coastal living with easy access to PEI’s top attractions, including Cavendish Beach, Green Gables Heritage Place, and world-class golf courses. Perfect for families, friends, or multi-generational groups, this shoreline retreat offers comfort, space, and an unforgettable Island experience.

The home features three comfortable bedrooms, each designed with relaxation in mind. The primary bedroom boasts a queen bed, while the other two bedrooms also feature queen beds with soft linens and ample storage, ensuring restful nights after long days of exploring the Island.

During the summer months, a modern bunkhouse provides an extra four twin beds (two sets of bunks), ideal for children or additional guests. This fun and functional space adds flexibility for larger groups. Please note: the bunkhouse is not winterized and is only available in summer.

With two full bathrooms, there’s plenty of convenience and privacy for everyone.
The fully equipped kitchen is perfect for preparing everything from quick breakfasts to fresh Island seafood dinners. Modern appliances, cookware, and dishes make cooking at home effortless, while the adjacent dining area provides a lovely space for shared meals.

Hated to Leave!

We absolutely loved this special home! The location was stunning and serene. I truly appreciated nature viewing out the glassed-in porch. We had an eagle sighting on the stairs down to the water. Alex’s quick communication was appreciated! I would surely stay here again!
