"Did not expect to be ushered into a “sales pitch” upon arrival. Spent 20 minutes listening to rep try to convince us to attend a sales presentation. The room was disappointingly small, heater fan was loud (so didn’t use heater) the shower was so forceful it hurt. Would not use this facility again. Not worth it."

"This was a great room for the price. Very clean! Shower head was a little wonky but, not terrible. Heard a lot of road noise at night but, I think any motel in that area is going to be right on the road. Very close proximity to Big Trees and Murphys where they have a really cute old Main Street. I would stay here again."

"The place is amazing. Spectacular scenery, location, glamping yurt, and staff. I'd definitely recommend it. That said: the info on the website, and via the hotels.com confirmation process, was inadequate, leaving me with great uncertainty about how to get into the yurt for my after dark arrival. That caused a great deal of undue cost/stress (long story) so just be sure to get directions on how to enter your yurt a good couple of days in advance for safe keeping."
