I originally had a better rating but after staying the night I did notice that the staff were using the blower to clear the front of the property a little after 7:00a.m. and it was loud enough to wake us up. I know that we were in one of the front rooms so nothing could be done about the traffic on the street but the noise from staff can be prevented. Also, people were checking in or coming in late and were very loud down the hall after 10:00p.m. Otherwise we had a nice stay.

This is a quiet alternative to the crazyness at Pinecrest nearby. You can walk from the hotel to PInecrest Lake in about 1/2 to 3/4 mile. Across the street is a quaint general store with most anything you would need. The Strawberry Inn has a bfast/lunch/dinner restaurant with pizza, burgers, salads etc, but also has a few european specialty dishes that you wouldn't expect. Our room did not have a microwave or fridge. The lack of those amenities was not a problem for our one night stay.

Our room was cute but quirky. Clean. The Inn has a nice restaurant and lounge. We had fun playing pool. Had breakfast outside in shaded porch. Great location on the river. Took a nice evening walk. Staff was super nice and helpful.

This is a very basic, average hotel. It’s the only place in Strawberry but don’t expect any amenities. It was clean. Bedding is cheap. But it served a purpose for a one night over-priced stay.

We had a really nice stay at this hotel. The location was great, especially being close to the ski area which made everything very convenient. The room space was a little small, but it felt cozy and comfortable. The hotel had a warm and relaxing atmosphere, and overall we enjoyed our stay. Perfect for a simple and cozy getaway near the slopes.

Love this place!!! The rooms were very clean and had a beach view of the river. The food is great. If you run into Paul, say Hi from us. He was the star of the show and made sure every step of our trip was great. Traveling with a 2 year old is a blast but also a lot of work. Come here, eat the food and visit Pinecrest. It will take you back in time to small town summer vibes.

Overall the experience is was OK, but that basically means it was overpriced ($240+/night). I get that it is in a vacation area, but still feels overpriced. Restaurant food was OK, but nothing special. Portions of both our meals were cold when served.

The parking was easy, and it was only a 10 minute drive to the mountain. Having a restaurant serving breakfast, lunch and dinner was very convenient!

the room was small stuffy, the air conditioner sounded like a freight train, no screen on the window so we couldnt open for fresh air. bed was hard . no refrig or microwave in room. the stairs to room were steep and unsafe. the food was awful and too expensive. we will never stay there again and left one day early as it was awful.

Couldn’t find my reservation. Had to get the manager. Didn’t have the view room I’d paid for. Put me down a flight of stairs even after explaining I had health restrictions that made stairs difficult. Gave me a complimentary breakfast to ease the difficulties. Had 3 spiders in the room and a dirty towel hanging on the back of the bathroom door.

A good place to stay. Great staff beautiful area friendly people. This was off season so no traffic practically no other tourists anywhere. Rooms had flannel sheets and lots of blankets to stay warm during a cold night unlike most motels. The heater was loud and there was no fridge or microwave in the rooms so if you go off season it’s hard to find a place to eat. Our host made breakfast available to us even though we were the only ones there. We really appreciated his extra care he gave us during our stay. If you rent a cabin or or just go during the prime season you will avoid that problem and enjoy your stay greatly.
