"We liked the slightly larger room and the children liked the pool. The staff was nice. We had trouble with a washer, which didnt look clean, and it was fixed quickly. When we arrived their were several patrons in the lobby that were having moderately loud conversations that made us feel uncomfortable. The room walls were quite thin and we could hear conversations from rooms on either side. The breakfast is served for you and no outside food is allowed, which made for an inconvenient stay as our family members have food sensitivities. Only one was able to eat breakfast, using the voucher they gave. We were able to take 3 oranges as breakfast for the others."

"Asked for a quiet room but they gave me a room next to 2 doors and an elevator, with a broken air conditioner. The air unit worked but gave a terrible, random howling sound followed by pinging. Totally random throughout the night. Too late to change rooms. Talked to receptionist but …. ‘Oh, sorry about that, we will give you a quiet room next time, I’ll notate your account when you book your next one.’"

"I gave him a reading of terrible because I never made it to the stay because my car caught on fire on my way there. And they would not work with me. They were rude on the phone. I try to give them to let me move the dates. So I don't lose my money or give me a credit. And the guy on the phone was rude, and he just kept rambling on and on and on and on and on, and I couldn't even understand him. We'll never use the hotel again"
