「Great location to get to the beach and a nice quiet neighborhood! The backyard was especially great for our dog!」

「Check in was seamless. Full check in packet was provided prior to visit that included description of property, where to find everything and WiFi. It made it so we could arrive and just start our vacation. Mitch was very responsive to any questions about the property prior to the stay and during. There’s a terrific back deck that was perfect for enjoying our morning coffee and relaxing outside in the evenings. Location is good - a short walk to the Old Port but in a nice, more residential neighborhood with plenty of its own good restaurants. It’s also convenient to a lot of great running trails. We were too busy on the water to pull ourselves away to explore Pleasant Mountain, but a very nice neighbor down the street told us there is a great trail off of Mountain Road if we wanted to hike the mountain. 」

「Historic and charming home in a most interesting setting-- the community was a former military fort and barracks. Chat with neighbors on the front porch or watch wildlife and hang out in the backyard picnic tables. Comfortable beds and two full baths makes it good for group of 4-6 people. The golf cart is a godsend but there are bicycles and kayaks for land and water exploration. We didn't make it to the lovely looking pool or rec center for gym/bowling but they look like lots of fun.
