Liked that I could park my car out of the weather and take the elevator directly to my room. Liked the way my room was appointed and how clean it was, very comfortable. Did not like that my AC unit did not work (Room 403) and that I could not figure out how to change channels on my TV. Liked the friendly and informative manner in which I was received by Rachel upon arrival. I expect to stay with you on future visits. Ben Stallman

We stayed in 4th floor. We noticed the hallway and room was very strong muggy and cigar smell. Breakfast was bread, butter, jam, waffles and coffee.

The room was clean and the toilet and shower worked. Parking was easy. That was the highlight. The metal striker plate on the door was loose and had wood screws in it. We had a hard time with the door closing all the way on the first or even the second try. The mircowave didnt work. It was on with the bag of frozen asparagus spinnng and supposedly heating up for over 5 minutes and was still cold as ice after. The freezer decided to drip into the fridge. The electric stovetop was sooty and only one of the two burners worked. There was no sink strainer for the kitchen. There was no drain plug for the bathroom sink so we were mindful not to drop anything. The bed frame was so light weight that leaning on it would shift the bed. There is a landline telephone in the room that didnt work. We wanted to use our HDMI cable but the tv didn't have a regular remote so we had to call someone to figure out how to make the input selctions. They gave us a kit of plates, mugs, utensils, pot and pan. We also asked for a toaster. The kitchen set was sufficient. Overall it was only worth the price if we had not needed to cook and if the door was fixed. Breakfast was also coffee and two baskets where you could choose a small muffin or a granola bar.
