"Very clean rooms, and very friendly and helpful staff. Location is great as well. The hotel amenities are great, Food is of good quality. The only thing is the hotel itself is a bit dated. If this property is renovated would be a 5 star."

"This is a superb hotel that is just outside of the main, busy strip. It is also high up with a great vantage point for the sea town. There are steps that lead straight down to the road, the beach and a bus stop with services going to Chania Old town. The food is delicious - good sized portions, for a reasonable price. The breakfast is also good quality with a good choice of savoury, sweet items. The coffee and teas are very good quality with a good selection. We were staying in a family suite that offered a balcony great view of the pool and the sea. Beds were very comfortable, rooms were contemporary modern with a small kitchenette. The bathroom was a generous size and again, all good. Staff were always on hand to support. Friendly and amenable. Overall, me, missus and my young adult kids were very happy with the stay. If we return too Crete, it will be a default choice."

"We had an amazing stay at this hotel. The room and grounds were immaculate and the staff in all areas could not have been more friendly and helpful. We loved the pool area and the beach. The breakfast was wonderful, lots of choice and nothing was ever empty."

"The staff are super friendly tip top service we had a sea view room with hot tub was superb,the breakfast options are great dinner options was ok not all the food was to my taste but it was still good with great entertainment and service at dinner. Overall I would definitely recommend this hotel great beach to relax or go into the water 10/10"

"Very poor English skills and absolute zero knowledge of other languages can be challenging for guests who do not speak English. The pool is miniature, shallow, and there is a huge lack of order regarding sunbed reservation (be prepared that some jerk will simply throw away your towels and lie on your sunbed while you are in the restroom or getting a drink, and the staff won't do anything about it). The animation program is also very poor. The food is repetitive, but you won't stay hungry. Local drinks are terrible, juices are overly sweet, and you won't see a lemon even in traces. You cannot get a fresh lemonade even for money. The guy who drives the golf cart to the beach (better known as Habibi) is an absolute gem of a man. The rooms are clean, and the maid comes every day. You only get water upon arrival; later you have to buy it. Sunbeds and umbrellas on the beach are charged. Realistically, I would barely give this hotel three stars."
