Air conditioning in public reception, but not rooms, which made the rooms feel unbearable, had to ask for a fan from reception, which helped a little bit.
Shower towels were smaller than hand towels
Bathroom had terrible ventilation, had to leave door open or it's too hot to use.
No onsite dry cleaning or food availabie
Needed 3 pillows, as a side sleeper, as they were worn out flat pancakes.
