Located on the East End at the Anchorage, there is a pool, tennis court, gym and GENERATOR!!. The St. Thomas Yacht Club is right next door and you're close to Red Hook, the Ferry to St. John, Nightlife and restaurants.
As you enter SkySail you are greeted with an upscale, open concept kitchen with granite countertops and new cabinets with everything you need to prepare your favorite meals. The living and dining rooms have plenty of space for dining and for relaxing, or watching the flat screen TV. Gather here for food, fun, and conversation. With so much space there is room for everyone, so enjoy the company of friends and family. The balcony overlooks the pool, tennis court, marina, and the St. Thomas Yacht Club (it's just next door). This condo features a primary oceanfront bedroom, a 2nd bedroom, plus two bathrooms. There is a washer/dryer located near the kitchen. Central air conditioning cools the entire condo, but once you experience the ocean breeze that flows freely thru each room, you likely won't need it.
