Five bedrooms, three balconies, a private infinity pool, and some of the best views on island, all just minutes from Magens Bay and everywhere else you want to be.
Set on a hilltop in Wintberg Estates, is Azure Vista Estate, a private, five-bedroom villa designed for travelers who want it all: sweeping views, central access, and refined, unfussy luxury. It’s designed to be the kind of place where you'll start the day sipping coffee on a balcony overlooking the Virgin Islands, and end it watching the stars from a poolside lounger while the kids splash on the shallow sun deck.
The villa is set up to provide for both privacy and connection. The main house features a king-size primary suite main level and two additional guest bedrooms upstairs. Tucked below the main house, with separate entrances, are two more suites. Since they’re located down an outdoor staircase, they are perfect for in-laws, friends who prefer their own space, or anyone who wants to sleep late without hearing morning coffee chatter. In total, there are five bedrooms and five full bathrooms, three of which are ensuite.
You’ll find thoughtful details throughout: plush mattresses, blackout blinds, a fully stocked kitchen with both drip and pod-style coffee, and even mini-Keurigs in the downstairs rooms so guests don’t have to trudge up the stairs before their first cup. Oh, and speaking of stairs, there’s an elevator to help with groceries and luggage. It’s a bonus convenience we love, though please note: island life means occasional service delays, so we can’t always guarantee it will be operational although we always strive to keep it in working order.
At the heart of the home: an expansive pool deck with views of three islands, Magens Bay, St. John, and Hans Lollik. Lounge chairs, shaded seating, an outdoor dining table, and a shallow splash deck make this the kind of pool you'll want to spend all day around, especially during golden hour.

- Basics provided: oil, salt, pepper, and more. We never toss anything a previous guests leaves behind. Think of it as a communal spice cabinet
The villa has solar and a generator, in the event of a power outage. For shorter outages, the solar will power the entire house. To help extend the life of the solar batteries, you shut down non-essential ACs and refrain from using appliances like the dryer and the electric oven.
In the event of extended outages, a generator will run:
- Three bedroom ACs in the main house
- Fridge
- Lights and fans throughout
- Water heater for the primary bedroom and full hallway bathroom
- Water pump for the whole villa
As always, we encourage energy mindfulness as it helps the island and the systems that keep you comfortable

Close To…
- Magens Bay Beach – 8 minutes away and the most famous beach on St. Thomas. This beach is just over 3/4 of a mile long so even on busy cruise ship days, if you go all the way to the far end, you will find a secluded area.
- Northside Grind – 7 minutes away and has great coffee, breakfast, lunch, smoothies, and grab and go options. It's a local favorite for a reason! You can even grab some locally made souvenirs while you're there.
- Brook’s Bar (local, casual, cash only) – 7 minutes down the road and a great casual local food spot. Think collapsible tables, cash only, white board menu, ice cold beer, and mouth-watering local food.
- Cost U Less & The Market (groceries) – 10 minutes, most affordable place to grab groceries on the island. Some items are in bulk but most are not.
- Havensite shops + Pirate Museum – 15 minutes, lots of shopping options. The Pirate Museum is open when cruise ships are in port and is fun way to learn about the history of the island.
- Red Hook + STJ ferry – 20 minutes, hop on the car or people ferry and explore our neighboring island of St. John. The car ferry takes about 20 minutes and the people ferry is about a 10 minute ride.
- Snorkeling – Coki, Sapphire, Lindquist are all great places to snorkel! You can see sea turtles, sergeant majors, blue and yellow tang, lobster, and more!
- Hiking – Magens Bay trail access is nearby. Parking at the top of the trail is limited so we recommend hiking from Magens Bay beach up to the top and back down again and finishing with a refreshing swim in the ocean.
Getting Around
We strongly recommend renting a car. Taxis are unreliable in this area, especially in the evenings. You will have your own private driveway with plenty of parking. If you’d rather not drive, we’re happy to help arrange a dedicated driver. Just ask after booking!
Important to Note
• While the villa is completely private, you may encounter service vendors during your stay, including pool techs, landscapers, or generator technicians. They set their own schedules and do not provide notice.
• Renting this villa requires signing a rental agreement and providing a card for a $1,200 security hold via our secure platform, OwnerRez. This hold (similar to a hotel incidental) is placed 48 hours prior to arrival and released 5 days after departure, assuming no significant damage.
Island Tings
This is a tropical island. Lizards may sneak inside (they help with bugs), and you'll likely see a few wild critters from your balcony. We have monthly pest control and recommend keeping doors closed to avoid extra guests.
