"Location, big rooms, clean, the pool. Rebecca makes the stay! She's the sweetest receptionist and will do anything to help the guests. We loved her energy. The pool area is fantastic, and you can move the reserved signs, let the front desk know, in case they have a day-pass that will get the reserved loungers. The AC was super cold, which was a plus with 90++ weather. I highly recommend. This was our 2nd stay!"

"We enjoyed the simplicity of the hotel, the rooms are very cozy and the location was great. The staff was very nice and friendly. The only issues i had was the lack of space in the bathroom. 2 people didn't have space for toiletries. The biggest issue was also NO elevators, going up 4 flights of stairs was no joke. Overall it was a relaxing stay. 8/10"

"My friend and I stayed at the French market in for three nights. This is a beautiful hotel. The staff is extremely nice and helpful. They helped us with figuring out the public transportation system and the hospitality! They also are very accommodating. Our flight came in super early, way before check-in time and they were able to get us into a room. The hotel is in a very convenient part of New Orleans. You have access to so much shopping and restaurants. Our only critique was the layout of the bathroom/shower. But other than that, it was an amazing experience. We plan on going back to New Orleans and booking with this hotel again."

"Recently stayed here for a birthday get away. I stayed June 12-15. First the location is amazing. Do not even need a car unless you are going to explore outside the French Quarter. Second, the place is BEAUTIFUL!!! I could have spent all day in the courtyards. But what put the icing on my cake vacation, was the staff!!!! Talk about people who understand the service industry. My favorite person is Rody. She was there at check in and was amazing. Every interaction was professional and kind and really held the spirit of NOLA. All the staff are kind and helpful. Need suggestions of what to see, where to eat, or just where to explore.....they got you covered. I will never stay anywhere else when I visit. Thank you Rody and staff for making my birthday trip that much better and special."
