This 3-bedroom , 2 -bath furnished home features an incredible great room , new kitchen with granite countertops, new appliances, new paint. Upon entering the home,you will be amazed but the incredible water views , spacious open floor plan, sparkling polished terrazzo floors and fresh inviting interior. It is steps away from historic Corey Ave offering Sunday morning Green Markets , shopping , and awesome dining experiences. Beach lovers can delight in walking to Upham Beach and discovering the many miles of the sandy Gulf Shores . There is a small unit totally separate from the main house on the side occupied by one person.There is one-month minimum lease rental period . Utilities are included.

Heavenly perfect

Absolutely a perfect house and location to everything. Ana the property manager was extremely helpful. Had the opportunity to meet the owner who lives next door a very nice man. Can’t wait to return again and again.

Nice view, good location, but house not rental ready.

Beautiful view of the water, nice walkable location to restaurants and beach. House is not rental ready though. Washer/dryer does not work properly, sofa very uncomfortable, vice grip on shower faucet used to turn on water. Toilets clogged and overflowed for over 24 hrs. After 2 unsuccessful plumbers, 3rd plumber finally fixed issue. Note there is a rental property in the attached garage. So if you need full privacy, this is not the spot for you. It could be a great rental if the owner invests in upgrades in the items noted.
