3 Bedrooms and 2 Bathroom condo with oversized oceanfront balcony, association elevator and 2 reserved parking space. Coastal furniture and thoughtful guest amenities throughout make this condo the perfect home away from home for your beach vacation. This condo is perfect for guests that require 2 reserved parking spaces, a rarity on the beach!

Master Bedroom – Enter the condo past the kitchen and all other bedrooms is the Master Bedroom with King mattress and flat screen TV. The master has a walkout to the balcony and oversized walk through closet takes you to the Ensuite bathroom.

Second Bedroom – Two Queen Mattresses with Flatscreen TV and Ensuite walk in closet.

Third Bedroom – Queen mattress with flatscreen TV.

Hallway Bathroom – Off the hallway across the kitchen is a hallway bathroom.

Kitchen –Fully outfitted with essential for cooking such as pots, pans, baking sheets, coffee maker, blender, toaster, utensils, etc. The kitchen has a table seating 5 and 3 additional bar stools for the bonus breakfast bar.

Living Room – Entering the condo down the hallway past the Kitchen you’ll notice the large oceanfront view of the gulf! The Living room has two sofas and two chairs plus a flat screen TV. We also try our best to keep it stocked with games and books for our guests!

Laundry Room – Down the hallway to your left is the laundry room with private washer and dryer for guest use.

Check In: Is 4:00 PM and Checkout is 10:00 AM. We cannot accommodate early check or late check out.
Temperature: A/C is programmed to restrict any setting below 70 degrees in order to maintain proper maintenance per the recommendation from our HVAC technicians
Amenities: Cleaning company provides starter supplies of toiletries (toilet paper, paper towels), trash bags, dish soap
Parking: 2 assigned parking spaces are available for 2 vehicles. Additional guest parking is very limited and is first come first serve. Utilize parking pass displayed at all times to avoid a fine and/or tow. Association does not allow any trailers or RV's on the premises.
Pet Policy: No pets are allowed.
Accessibility: Located on Floor 1 - accessible by 2 flights of stairs or use elevator to access level 1 above parking garage
Renter: Must be 25 years or older to rent
