Welcome to Beach Please! This spacious and inviting two-story single-family home offers 3 bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms, comfortably accommodating up to 6 guests. Just 0.1 mile—or about a 3-minute walk—from beach access, it’s the ideal home base for enjoying sun, sand, and all that St Pete Beach has to offer.
The ground level includes parking and a small backyard area, a convenient spot to leave your beach gear as you come and go throughout the day. Upstairs the main living space features an open, comfortable layout with cozy recliner sofas, a dining table for four, and additional barstool seating at the kitchen counter. The fully stocked kitchen has everything you need to prepare anything from a full family dinner to a quick snack for the beach. The home includes two private decks—one off the front and one off the back—perfect for dining or just relaxing and watching the St Pete Beach action go by. Please Note: Stairs are required for access.
The master bedroom features a king bed, TV, and en suite bathroom with walk in shower. The second bedroom offers a queen bed, TV, and private bath with walk in shower, while the third bedroom includes another king bed, TV, and access to the balcony. This home is conveniently located near Upham Beach, one of many easy beach access points on the island.
