Home Away from Home - Sand Dollar 401 is a GOLD rated three-bedroom, two-bath Gulf View vacation rental located in Indian Shores. This spacious 4th-floor SOUTH EAST CORNER vacation rental has a delightful décor and includes an extra large, private Gulf Side View balcony with a partial view of our beautiful white sugar sand beach and the intercoastal waterway. Plenty of balcony furniture to enjoy magnificent weather!

Vacation rental 401 offers a full size, a fully-equipped kitchen complete with appliances including microwave and dishwasher, stocked drawers and you need to enjoy dining at home. Free wireless internet access. Flat Screen Cable TVs in the living room and all bedrooms, telephone with free local US and Canada calls along with free Wi-Fi are also provided.

Sleeping accommodations include one king in the main bedroom, two queen beds in the 2nd bedroom and two queen beds in the 3rd bedroom. Both bathrooms offer double sink vanities and there is a walk-in shower in the main bath and a tub shower combo in the 2nd bathroom. 401 has a Washer/Dryer, Central heat/air conditioning along with ceiling fans.

The Sand Dollar Resort amenities include On-Site Front desk for easy check-in, Gulf Front swimming pool, sundeck, Jacuzzi, Private fishing pier, Volleyball area, Charcoal grills, free parking, interior elevator system, stairs, pool restrooms and outdoor shower. Check-out maid service included. Bed Linens and bath towels are provided as well as beach towels and beach chairs.

Maximum occupancy: 8 persons (including infants). 401 is a Smoke-Free Vacation Rental. Sorry, No pets. Limit two parking passes at check-in. No trailers, RVs or boats.
