Easy location right on the beach

Easy location in Indian Shores right on the beach. Great to be able to walk out to the beach for a bit, then come back in when we want, instead of having to make a full day of it. The pool was heated (threat for the iffy Spring Break weather!). Caddy's across the street is back open now, so that's great too!

Wonderful Stay

It's a great place to stay

It's a nice room. We could get ahold of the owner if we had any questions and he responded quickly. Also, beaches are not crowded.

Amazing location

Our first trip to Indian Shores & it did not disappoint. Found it to be far less busy & “touristy” then other FL destinations. Property was in a perfect location & well maintained. The owner was very responsive anytime we needed to reach him. Would highly recommend staying here.

Everything was exactly as stated.

The condo was very nice. Quick beach access, and you can rent chairs with umbrellas, which is what the four of us did five out of six days. Weather was great!! I highly recommend this place.

Wonderful Stay!

My friend and I come to this area every year. It’s our first time at Sandcastle and this unit. Perfect location! Condo was great, beds were super comfy and the view from the balcony can’t be beat! The grounds of Sandcastle are well kept and the pool area is great! Our stay was truly one of our best. We will be booking soon for next year!

Family Vacation

Location was great, There is a large balcony with a table and several chairs. You can sit there in the shade, read a book, drink your coffee. There are several restaurants nearby, we tried Keegans for seafood that was excellent. LuLu's for icecream. There are several other beaches nearby but we mostly stayed here as it was not crowded. Would come again

Great views, more than enough room!

We stayed at this condo inside Sancastle I and it was fantastic! Enough space for 8 people and all of the beds were comfortable. The condo was clean and had everything we needed for a great getaway. The kitchen was fully stocked and beach items in the balcony closet. The view was amazing and the owner couldn't be nicer and was extremely easy to deal with and reach. We want to go back already!

Can't beat the view/beach

We had a lovely time at this property and the owner was extremely accomodating for all questions/requests including providing a pack n play and highchair for our arrival. Check in/out was a breeze. Property grounds were very clean and the beach was amazing. Washer/dryer in unit was excellent for a beach vacation. We loved meals on the balcony, super short walk to the beach and the 3 bedrooms were ideal for our family. We loved the short drive north to Clearwater and south to neighboring towns. Thank you, Philip, for a wonderful vacation week!

The condo was clean, linens were nice, well stocked kitchen, and beautiful views.

We really enjoyed our week at this condo. Having direct access to the beach was awesome and the pool was nice too. We used the balcony a lot as well. We saw dolphins, found shark teeth, went to Busch Gardens, and went to a baseball game at Tropicana Field. Haze Ice Cream accross the street is the BEST!!! Plenty of restaurants to choose from and we enjoyed John’s Pass. We loved being on the beach that we did not even make it to to all the sights. Definitely would come back here anytime!

Indian shores

Great that the home owner reached out. Check in and out process was super easy and fast. Would suggest having a couple more beach items for those that fly don’t have to worry about having to bring or buy. Some of the televisions didn’t work which was not good. Was a great location.

Great time

Although the property is older, it is well maintained. The space was clean upon our arrival. We stayed with our two small children and my Sister and her Husband with their two small children. We had plenty of space and the property overall was very quite. This section of the beach is less crowded than Clearwater. They monitor parking aggressively, so ensure you put the parking pass on your vehicle as soon as you get there.

Beautiful condo with great ocean views!

This condo is a great choice for a peaceful vacation. We loved sitting on the balcony and listening to the waves. The pelicans flying by in the mornings ( at almost eye level) were beautiful to see. The condo had everything that was needed. We made use of the beach chairs that were provided. The bed was comfy, and the kitchen well stocked. The owner is very easy to contact, and check in and check out instructions were very easy. We really liked that the condo complex is not too big. The pool and hot tub were very enjoyable.. The grounds are also very well manicured. Short walk to the beach. What more could you ask for! Hope to stay again soon!

My stay at Indian Shores

I have to say that overall it was nice. Just a few things. The bath mat off of the master bedroom was disgusting. It had mildew all over it and was soaking wet. We did not use it. The condo was not as clean as the other property that this owner has and I realize that is not his fault. I would not stay here again for those reasons. Cleanliness is important and this one fell short.

Nice area Inaccurate listing

The area was nice however the listing wasn't accurate and the condo complex wasnt cleanest. We had encountered issues with cleaniness inside the condo and outside in the complex. The property over all needs major maintenance and a thorough cleaning. To note the AC isn't controlled in the unit it is controlled by the company itself and will go to 15 degrees lower then the outside, which is an issue when it's 98 degrees outside. We also had an issue with a broken dish washer but was replaced however it was replaced the day before check out.
