Guest Count Only the number of guests listed on your reservation are permitted on the property at any time unless you receive prior written approval from the host. Exceeding the booked guest count will result in a $100 fine per person, per night. No parties or gatherings are permitted without prior host approval.
Pets We welcome one dog with a $200 pet fee. Two small dogs may be considered with prior owner approval. - No aggressive breeds - 50 lb maximum unless pre-approved by the host - No cats (as much as we love them!)

Parking One driveway parking space is provided. Space is limited and may not accommodate large vehicles. Additional options include limited street parking on Douglas Avenue and a nearby free public parking lot. The garage is a shared space used for bike and beach equipment storage.
Flood Zone The property is located 3 blocks from the water in a non-flood zone.
Cameras Security cameras are installed on the exterior of the building and in shared interior hallways only. There are no cameras inside any private living spaces.
Very pleasant stay, excellent options within walking distance. Good food, good drink, nice little shops. Bring your bicycle, running shoes or walking shoes. Property is on the bike trail. It is the envy of many people going by.

The property was absolutely beautiful. The hosts couldn’t have been any more helpful. They answered their phones and returned texts immediately if there was any questions. Lisa and Mike were fantastic.The property location to Downtown and the bike path made the morning walks for breakfast and evening walks for drinks and dinner extremely convenient. No BS, this is a 5 star property and I give the Hosts 5 stars. Grab this property…its worth it
