Pelican Pointe 224:Walk to Beach~Pool~Free Parking

Property Update: Roof and Solar Installation - Starting October 6, 2025, we will be installing a new roof and solar panels. Work is expected to take approximately three weeks (weather permitting) and will occur only during daytime business hours. During this time, guests may experience construction noise during the day; however, all amenities will remain open for your enjoyment.

Soak up the sun at Pelican Pointe, located just across the street from Clearwater Beach's sugar-white sands. Relax by the heated pool, stroll to Pier 60 for unforgettable sunsets, and explore local dining and shops - all within easy walking distance. With space for 6, a pool view, and a glimpse of the Gulf, this Suite is the perfect base for your beach getaway.

Amazing room. Perfect location.

I stayed here with my husband and 4 kids. It was nice and for us. Very clean! Extremely clean! The fridge and freezer were perfect! We were able to find parking easily and able to walk wherever we wanted and felt safe above all. Kids enjoyed the warmed pool and easy access to everything.

Convenient location

Location was nice for being able to walk to things. We pretty much only were on the property to sleep. We walked to other pools and bars. The property was clean, but definitely an older property. The beds were not horrible but we referred to them as taco beds ha, not much support. We also left with needing to wash the older building smell out of our clothes. Overall convenient for what’s around and served it’s purpose for a one time stay.

Happy vacationer

We arrived at 3:00 AM and the manager had it all set up for me to get the key in a box by the door and the security guard was there to help me if needed. Every thing was clean and everyone was very helpful. I will be staying here again soon. It was located in a great area close to the pier 60 and across the street from the beach.

Its walking distance to beach, food /bar, souvenir shopping and its very accessible .checking in is no problem very quick in and out,the staff are very accomodating .the room we got has a small kitchen functional enough to heat food on microwave also utensils are available but no stove for cooking. Overall excellent place to stay.
