The Space:
Hamilton House 206 is a rare gem of a vacation spot. Its chic and upscale furnishings are especially pleasing and range from an eclectic feel in the living area to the soothing ambiance in the bedrooms. The sizable balcony, which is accessible from both the primary bedroom and the living room, is the perfect place to enjoy the beautiful sunset. The open floor plan features a stylish leather couch and flatscreen TV. Overlooking the living area is the well-appointed, sleek kitchen which features three bar stools and counter area. There is also a large dining table with ample seating for six. The primary bedroom is the epitome of tranquility, so guests can rest easy after a full day of fun in the sun. The second bedroom is very comfortable as well and is ready to provide some much-deserved rest. Both bedrooms are outfitted with flatscreen TVs. The bathrooms have been renovated recently. For your convenience, there is a stackable washer and dryer in the condo.

Although we had some difficulty in the beginning getting the check-in information from the host, it all worked out. The unit is absolutely lovely; super clean and well equipped. Balcony with ocean view was great, and Indian Rocks beach is a nice location on the gulf. We would highly recommend this beautiful 2 bedroom unit to anyone.

The location was perfect. Was able to walk to all the restaurants. Everything was clean. Had a great view of the gulf and everything you could possibly need for your stay. We would definitely stay here again!

The place was exactly like the pictures. Very clean and well stock. We stayed here last year so we knew what to expect. The only issue was there weren’t any oven mitts. Same thing as last year

Relaxing place to stay. Loved being able to walk right on the beach. Condo had everything needed and more! Restaurants within walking distance.

Nice place,
This was a nice two bedroom condo with plenty of room. Nice upgrades. Deck or balcony nice but not the best view. Half the power to building went out one day for about 2 hours but not the end of the world. Very clean and comfortable. Love all the drawers and hooks for belongings. Easy access to pool and beach. Lots of codes to remember. Easy walks to all kinds of places. I wish check out was a bit later like 10:30 to 11. Also better communication if you could get in earlier than 4. Our cleaner was at the door at 9:45. Overall I would stay again.

Perfect for a family!
This house is perfect for a family, couples or friends getaway. The condo is in a quiet building steps from the beach. There are security codes to the beach/pool, into the building, and the condo for safety. The pool has bathrooms and an outdoor shower to hose off after the beach. The condo is spacious and well-appointed. Beach towels, chairs and various sand toys are available to borrow. Beds were fine, but the pillows were very thin. Our only frustration was communication with the property manager. As soon as I booked, I asked for early check-in (which we ended up not needing) and late check-out. I finally heard back the day before our trip started that it may be an option, but they'd let me know for sure. The day before check-out I texted again to ask and was told no. I asked if we could continue to use one if the parking spaces until check-in at 4 but was told no. We made it work, but it wasn't ideal. The area is quiet and perfect for a low-key getaway! We enjoyed Guppy's on the Beach and a couple of other nearby restaurants! The best food we had on our trip. Overall, we'd rent this place again!

This is my 2nd time at the property, we stayed in May 2022 and Oct 2022. In May the property was managed by a different company. What brought us back a 2nd time was the location. Just be aware that the 2nd bedroom is located to the back and right by the elevator, thus you hear the “ding” of the elevator, this is only an issue at night when trying to sleep. Because the 2nd bedroom face the back you also hear the live music from the Pizza joint that’s right behind the building. On our 2nd visit we knew better, so we brought a sound machine and ear plugs. The kitchen has all the essentials and there’s lots of bath towels. There’s plenty of storage space. As far as cleaniness, it was cleaned superficially, the floors were vacuumed, but it did not appear they were mopped. We did not use shoes in the apartment and after 1 hour of walking around in our socks the bottom of the socks were black. They had a swifter wet jet, so i ran it over the floors and the pad of the wet jet was completely black. There was sand inside the cabinets where they had board games stored. Overall the apartment was fairly clean, but there is room for improvement. The first time we stayed (May 2022) the apartment was better cleaned. Also, the front door nob was coming off, the screws were loose. Again, the location is what brought us back, but the apartment itself is a little beat up and needs some TLC.

Great Location
Overall we had a great stay, location was perfect. The condo was nice and clean for the most part. The only complaints were there was only one beach towel, the water was shut off for maintenance the morning after we arrived and the door to enter the building was unlocked the majority of our stay. We did enjoy our time there and the team was very responsive to any questions.

Spring Break 2022
Overall we had a great week! This was a beautiful location, building is on the beach. Lots of great restaurants and things to do. The only downside was, there has been a lot of deferred maintenance within the condo that needs to be addressed. The listing pictures do not capture.

Gulf view. 1 beach towel in the whole place. Tight quarters in the guest bath. Shotgun style set up. Nice big dining table. If you had 6 adults in the LR, your knees would be touching. Decent location.

Beach and semi private pool access
Great property. Easy walk to beach. Loved the pool because it was nice and warm. All the other guests in the other condos were really welcoming and nice. Great communication with property manager.
Beautiful sunsets. Busy beach, though.
Favorite thing was we rented ebikes (cheap) down the street and can ride them on the beach-so fun!
Would definitely like to stay there again.

That was a great stay! Would love to come back!
The location was perfect and the unit was clean. There were lots of board games for families with kids. Lots of pool supplies! And I mean a lot!! The pool was cold though.
The only issue was that we were not informed about the elevators being repaired (none were working) and there was a construction going on in the next door unit (drills and hammers all day all week long!). Also the owner didn’t give us the code to get inside the building but the guy who lived in one of the units saw us from the balcony and was so nice that he came outside and gave us the code. But overall I loved that place and would recommend for sure! Would love to come back again next spring or summer and stay longer
